A complete rope skipping curriculum
Start from the very first bounce and progress through six skill levels. Every level adds a handful of new moves, so you always know what to practise next.

Tips on tricks
Short pointers for every skill, plus extra drills that fix the most common mistakes: a rope that’s too long, arms held too wide, jumping too high.
- How to size and adjust your rope
- Wrist turning, posture and landing
- Slow-motion breakdowns of each move

Stay motivated with skill checks
Every level ends with a short skill check. It’s a simple way to master each move, see your progress and unlock the next level.
